This week I was able to get a recipe from one of my moms best friends. We had been over to her house for dinner a while back when she had made breakfast pizza. I was very intrigued as I love both breakfast and pizza and it ended up tasting really yummy. So I thought it would be the perfect fun and easy food to add to my recipe book. I found the hardest part was knowing when it was done cooking because while you want the egg to cook in the oven the yoke should still be runny. So far I have really been enjoying the process of trying new recipes because they are things I never would of thought of and I get to connect with people I don’t talk to every day.
Step 1: You will want a baking sheet and a piece of naan bread.

Step 2: Sprinkle cheese (mozzarella) on the naan bread.

Step 3: Place mushrooms on the naan bread framing an area in the middle for the cracked egg.

Step 4: Do the same thing with the red peppers that you just did with the mushrroms.

Step 5: Crack your egg in the middle of your naan bread. Next you will want to bake your pizza in the oven at 350 degrees for roughly 30 minutes or until you think your egg is cooked enough.

Step 6: add arugula and balsamic glaze as fresh toppings. Enjoy your breakfast pizza!
