This past week I took a break from asking people for a recipe as I fractured my elbow and just wanted something really easy to make with limited cooking. The turkey bagel was a great option as it is not only easy to make and full of veggies but turkey also is a great source of protein. Bagel sandwiches can be easily swapped into many variations of whatever you would like to fill them with.
Step 1: grab a plate

Step 2: toast your bagel

Step 3: add your condiments (I used avocado based mayo)

Step 4: veggies!! I used sliced cherry tomatoes and cucumber

Step 5: add turkey (or other meat)

Step 6: add arugula (or any other greens; spinach or lettuce)

Step 7: Enjoy!
